For the Man Who Refuses to Settle

THE STANDARD

A 12-month council system for men who refuse to let any area of life drift.

Most men drift. They stay busy but never move forward. They have potential but no structure, ambition but no accountability. Q12 is the framework that changes that. Six domains. Real goals. A brotherhood that holds.

"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."— Proverbs 27:17

The Six Domains

Six domains. One integrated life. Every Q12 goal flows through one of these areas — the six places where a man either leads or defaults.

F

Faith

Anchor to God. Pursue your relationship with Christ, your calling, and the reason you were built.

F

Family

Lead your home with intention. Build rituals, presence, and legacy that outlast you.

F

Fitness

Own your body. Strength, sleep, nutrition, and the physical capacity to lead well for decades.

F

Finances

Build wealth with clarity. Own your financial picture and pursue generational freedom.

F

Friendships

Cultivate brotherhood. Build and maintain high-quality relationships with men who sharpen you.

F

Fun

Recover and pursue. Invest in the hobbies, adventures, and play that keep you alive and whole.

How It Works

Q12 is not a course. It is not a podcast. It is a structured operating system for a man's life — built around four pillars.

01

90-Day Goals

Set one focused goal per domain each quarter. Run the SMART filter — Specific, Measurable, Time-bound, Stretching, Exposing.

02

Monthly Meetings

Join your council every month. Report in. Review progress. Get confronted. Get sharpened. Leave with a plan.

03

The Thread

A live council channel. Daily accountability, wins, losses, and the conversations that move the needle between meetings.

04

Workdays

Structured co-working sessions for the men in your council. Focus. Execution. Accountability in real time.

Three Questions

Every Q12 meeting ends the same way. Every man in the council answers these three questions — out loud, on record, in front of his brothers.

1

Where did you lead well this month — and what specific action produced that result?

2

Where did you default, drift, or come up short — and what did it cost you?

3

What is the one thing you are committing to change before we meet again?

12-Month Arc

Twelve months. Four quarters. Each quarter builds on the last — from identity to execution to legacy to recommitment.

Real Men. Real Results.

Q12 is built on accountability. Here is what that looks like in practice.

"I have tried accountability groups before. None of them held me to anything. Q12 is different — the structure forces honesty in a way I did not expect."

"The FORRMM framework gave me language for areas of my life I had been ignoring for years. Six domains. No hiding."

Before You Apply

The questions men ask most before they apply. If yours is not here, email hello@untamedpotentialcoaching.com and we will answer it directly.

How much time will Q12 actually take each week?

Plan on a structured monthly council meeting (about 90 minutes), 15 to 30 minutes per week working your 90-day goal across the six domains, and as much or as little Thread engagement as you choose. Most members spend two to four hours a month on the formal program — and the goals shift the rest of the week.

How are councils formed? Can I bring my own group?

Councils are curated. Applications are reviewed and men are placed where they will sharpen and be sharpened — based on life stage, profession, and the kind of work each man is willing to do. If you want to apply with a friend or business partner, mention it on your application; we will consider it but reserve the right to place you separately if the fit is wrong.

Is Q12 only for Christians?

Q12 is unapologetically Christ-centered. The framework, the language, and the council culture are built on a Christian foundation. You do not need to have it all figured out to start — plenty of men join while still working out what they actually believe. What you do need is the willingness to be in a room where Christ is the anchor and not a footnote.

Monthly versus annual — what is the real difference?

Monthly is $300 per month, cancel anytime — same platform, same council, same framework. Annual is $2,999 paid once, saves $601 over twelve months, locks in your renewal rate, and includes an annual planning session and the year-end reckoning call. Most men move to annual once they finish their first 90-day cycle.

What if I miss a monthly council meeting?

Life happens. Meetings are recorded for council members, and your council will hold the seat. Miss one and your brothers will check in. Miss three in a row and we will have a direct conversation — Q12 is built on showing up, and chronic absence breaks the council for everyone.

Can I see the platform before I commit?

Yes. Walk through the live platform demo at /q12/demo before you apply — the Scoreboard, the goal flow, the Thread, the curriculum arc. The demo runs without an account so you can see exactly what you are joining.

What happens after the 12 months?

You can renew on the same rate, move into a more advanced cohort as those open, or step out cleanly. The 12-month arc is built to be a complete season — identity, execution, brotherhood, refinement. If you finish and want to keep going, the door stays open.
